Steve Bell, Sr. and Steve Bell, Jr. with the support of their family and faith opened Bell’s Music Shop in May, 2008. We are a family owned and operated school music dealer that operates with integrity and faith. Thanks to our loyal customers, we have experienced growth since we opened our doors!
Bell’s Music Shop Inc. provides weekly school visits to the music educators in the territory. We also have an in-house repair shop that has experienced master repair craftsmen and a master string luthier. 100% of the repair is done in our store, and guarantee our work! We attend and sponsor several events during the year for the music programs that we service, and provide a free instrument emergency repair service the music programs we service at several competitions during the year. Bell’s Music Shop Inc. carries band and orchestra rentals level instruments, band and orchestra professional instruments, band and orchestra accessories, and quality customer service.

Pop has been a woodwind and brass repair technician since 1981. He is a truly a master craftsman. He oversees the repair shop, takes care of training all repair techs, and can usually be found at his bench with his chihuahua Rodeo at his feet.
Steve Bell, Jr. got his start in instrument repair starting at the age of 8, helping his Pop at his bench. He has been working in the music business in various capacities since 1997. He does a lot of everything at Bell’s Music Shop (except adjusting sound posts – which he will get Juliano to teach him one of these days).
Juliano joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2016. He studied violin performance in Russia before training under Vladimir Kitov, a Russian Master Luthier. Juliano also taught violin in Korea for 20 years. He opened his own string shops in Korea before moving to the United States in 2008 so that his son could further his education. He is the best!
David joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2012 and handles the day-to-day store business. He has many years of retail experience under his belt and is a big asset to our store.
Ron joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2016. He has degrees in Tuba Performance from Eastman as well as University of Colorado – Boulder. He brings with him a wealth of professional playing experience as well as teaching experience. Ron visits the band and orchestra programs in Keller ISD, Northwest ISD, and Carroll ISD weekly, and is the liaison between the store and those music educators.
Jack joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2017, after being a music educator for 30 years as a band director. He brings a vast amount of knowledge to the store, having taught successfully at both the middle school and high school levels. Jack visits the band programs in Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, Argyle ISD, and Grapevine-Colleyville ISD weekly, and is the liaison between the store and those music educators.
Kathy joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2013 after working for many years in the City of Mesquite Tax Office.
Uncle Denny joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2015 (although he’s been a part of our family for much longer than that!).
Miss Debbie joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2010. She is The Ultimate Band Mom, can answer any questions you might have about band, and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable in the store.
Alex joined the Bell’s Music Shop, Inc. family in 2016. In his real life, he is a band director at Keller Middle School.
Austin has grown up around the music business, helping his dad and his Pop through the years. He plays trumpet in the Timber Creek HS Band.
